Not an olive lover? We insist you try olive paste before making your final judgement

Most people find olives to be an acquired taste, we at one point agreed with this sentiment until we tasted olive paste spread across sesame bread, and we were hooked! Try this recipe out you won’t be sorry! *Added Bonus, try this with freshly toasted pita bread and add prossuitto! Yummmm.


YIELD: Approximately 3/4 Cup

1 cup olive, pitted (such as Nicosia, Kalamata, or green olives)

1/4 cup capers, rinsed

2 small garlic cloves

2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 tsp. dried)

1-2 table spoon extra virgin olive oil

Freshly milled black pepper to taste

Fresh lime juice to taste
