It’s Sunday! You know what that means: it’s time for Sunday Brunch. Why don’t you skip the long wait at IHOP or your local diner, and make brunch at home this week? 2 Large avocados, peels and pitted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, grated
4 slices of toast
*Red Pepper flakes
In a bowl, smash avocados with Lemon juice and garlic; season.
Mound on toast and sprinkle with pepper flakes.
Enjoy! Easy Right?
To enhance, add a fried egg on top (over easy) , and sprinkle some bacon!
This recipe tastes great as a dip *just mash it a bit more leaving out the chunks of avocado and use plantain chips to dip it in!
